Living animals and plants should spend as little time in a box as possible. That is why we ship live goods only on days when we know the parcel will arrive the next day.
How it works
- Order before 12:00 (midday), Monday to Thursday — your order is packed and dispatched the same day and delivered the next day.
- Live goods ship Monday to Thursday only. Orders placed Friday to Sunday leave on Monday, so shrimp and plants never wait in a depot over the weekend.
- Free shipping on orders over €100.
Every shrimp is packed in an insulated box with oxygen and, in cold weather, a heat pack; plants travel in damp paper. All live goods come with our live-arrival guarantee.
