Care
Tie or glue the rhizome to driftwood or stone; the roots grip within a few weeks. Java Fern grows slowly, is rarely eaten by fish and gives shrimp shelter and a surface for biofilm. Remove old leaves at the base; new plantlets form on the leaf tips and can be re-attached.
