Shipping Information
We carefully pack all live animals and aquatic plants to ensure their safety during transport.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
We ship from Monday to Friday only.
By default, we use standard delivery services across the European Union.
Customers may choose express shipping at checkout if faster delivery is required.
During colder or warmer seasons, we include heat packs or cooling materials when necessary to protect the live animals during transit.
Tracking information will be sent automatically to your email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery Conditions
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier service once the shipment has left our facility.
If your order is delivered to a pickup point, please collect it as soon as possible, as live animals cannot remain in transport for extended periods.
Live Arrival Policy
We make every effort to ensure that all shrimp, snails, and plants arrive alive and in good condition.
If any live animals arrive in poor condition or deceased, we require clear photo evidence of the unopened bag inside the original packaging on the day of delivery.
Without such photo evidence, we are unable to process compensation or replacement.
If the claim is validated, we may offer a replacement shipment or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Returns and Replacements
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Replacements will only be sent after the incorrect item has been returned to us in its original packaging.
Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
For non-living products (such as ceramic decorations or accessories), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the error was on our side.
