Shipping Information

We take great care in preparing and packaging all orders to ensure safe transit, especially when shipping live animals.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination:

• Belgium, Netherlands, Germany — €15
• France — €20
• Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria — €25

Orders over €300 qualify for free delivery.

To maintain livestock safety and minimise transit stress, we ship orders on:

• Tuesday
• Wednesday

This schedule helps ensure reliable delivery conditions for live animals.

Orders can also be collected directly from our facility:

Although losses during transport are rare due to our professional packaging standards, live animals are inherently sensitive.

In the unlikely event of a DOA, we offer compensation under the following conditions:

• Notification must be made promptly after delivery
• Compensation is provided with the next order

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

• Incorrect acclimatisation
• Unsuitable water parameters

Proper acclimation and tank conditions are essential for livestock survival.
